USA EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program


The EB-5 Program was created in 1990 to stimulate the US economy through job creation and foreign direct investment. Applicants have the choice of investing individually, into a business they directly control, or they invest into a pre-approved investment vehicle – known as a regional center – whereby a group of investors’ funds are pooled together. Each investor must demonstrate that their investment is responsible for the employment of 10 American workers.
